Please contact Your Hearing Network to register with your plan or group so that we can make sure that you receive the benefits, discounts and value added extras that are associated with your membership. Don’t have a group affiliation No worries, contact us today to be connected with a hearing care provider near you. Your Hearing Network will contact a participating provider to schedule a convenient appointment for you.
What can I expect at my appointment?
At the time of your appointment, the provider will perform a brief history, examine your ears, and conduct a complete hearing evaluation.
How will I know if a hearing aid is right for me?
Your provider will discuss the results of the hearing evaluation and other findings, and make recommendations for you. You can expect your provider to take into consideration your personal preferences in addition to your test results, including such factors as lifestyle, aesthetics, budget, and dexterity.
Will I be able to obtain a demonstration of hearing aids before I purchase them?
Ask your provider for a demonstration of today’s technology, so that you can explore the advantages of better hearing and experience the difference that hearing aids make in terms of clarity and speech understanding.
How do I purchase hearing aids?
When you register with a Your Hearing Network plan or group, and are ready to purchase hearing aids, your payment will be placed by your hearing provider into the secure Your Hearing Network payment portal. You will receive a receipt for your purchase, along with a warranty statement, and other helpful information.
What happens if I have an insurance benefit?
If you have insurance coverage, we may be able to submit the claim on your behalf. Ask us for details about your insurance coverage.
After purchasing hearing aids from Your Hearing Network, is follow up care included?
After your purchase, your follow up care is included through your provider forthe first year. Thereafter, the provider may charge you for office visits.
Are batteries included when I purchase hearing aids from Your Hearing Network?
You will receive a 12-month supply of batteries with your hearing aid purchase. Some plans may cover additional batteries. For any questions about your batteries, you may contact us.
Is financing available from Your Hearing Network?
Financing is available for qualified applicants through Care Credit, including promotional no-interest and low interest monthly payment plans. Call for details.
Can I cancel my hearing aid order?
You may cancel your hearing aid order within 60 days, no penalty applies.
What is your return policy?
If you’re not 100% satisfied, return your aids for a full refund or exchange within 60 days from the date of purchase. Ask your provider for more details.
